- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled (reserve 1 tbsp. for garnish)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Spoon the dip into a bowl, garnish with feta and serve with your favorite gluten free cracker or cut-up veggies!
